The terms under which you use EuroActs.com.

1. About EuroActs.com
EuroActs.com is an online platform that connects artists, venues and agencies (“providers”) with private individuals and businesses (“bookers”) in the Netherlands and Belgium. EuroActs.com is not a party to the agreement between provider and booker and charges no commission on bookings.
2. Account & registration
You warrant that the details on your profile are accurate, up to date and your own, and that you are entitled to offer the entertainment or venue listed. You are responsible for the content of your profile, including photos and videos, and you guarantee that you hold the necessary rights.
3. Free / National / International
Free. Your free profile has regional visibility, up to 3 photos and 1 video. Your own EuroActs website is not included. €0, with no time limit. No payment details and no automatic switch to a paid subscription.
National / International. For National or International, choose monthly or yearly billing. The first subscription payment is charged immediately when you confirm in Stripe. Your chosen amount is then charged automatically each billing period. Your paid profile is published after email verification and successful payment in Stripe. Manage or cancel your subscription in your dashboard. Your access stays active until the end of the paid period. Excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout.
The launch promotion has ended. Previously granted rights to a plan that stays free forever, and to an existing free plan, remain valid under their original terms. Existing trials and previously granted website rights remain valid under their original terms.
Your own website is included with International. With Free or National, upgrade to International to publish your website. Edit and preview it in your EuroActs dashboard, then publish it yourself when the content is ready. Use a EuroActs subdomain or connect your own domain; domain registration and renewal are paid separately.
0% commission on bookings. You agree your own price with the booker.
4. Ranking and order
We decide the order in which profiles appear on listing pages using a fixed set of rules. The main parameters are, from heaviest to lightest: the chosen plan, how complete the profile is (photo, description, album, video, contact details, coverage area), whether there is an own photo and video, the sign-up date and finally the name.
A paid plan affects the order. On category, city, province and country pages, profiles on a paid plan appear higher in the lists than profiles without a paid plan. The home pages carry two blocks of profiles: at the top the «On stage today» block described below, and below it the most recent sign-ups, in order of sign-up date and regardless of plan or completeness. City and region pages also apply the stated coverage area: an artist only appears in places where they actually perform.
Featured on the homepages. Every member has a personal referral link in their dashboard. If 15 artists or venues sign up through that link, confirm their registration and fill in their profile to at least 50%, that member's profile appears for 6 months in the «On stage today» block on the homepage in every language, marked as «Featured». The placement cannot be bought and expires automatically afterwards; the homepage states why the profiles shown are there. The remaining places in that block are filled every day with the profiles whose page is the most complete; that selection rotates daily, cannot be bought either and does not depend on the chosen plan. In addition, we sometimes feature profiles in that same block ourselves, for example to show what kinds of acts EuroActs has; that placement cannot be bought either, and the homepage states that it is a selection made by us.
EuroActs Picks. An artist who completes their profile (at least three photos in the album, a video and a price indication) and, through their personal link, brings in four artists or venues who confirm their registration and fill in at least 50% of their profile, becomes a EuroActs Pick for two weeks. During that period their profile appears at the front of the «On stage today» block on the home page in every language, marked as EuroActs Pick, and on list pages ahead of profiles with a paid package; their own website is then online free of charge for one year. This spot cannot be bought either and expires automatically afterwards; the home page states why the profiles shown appear there. EuroActs Picks runs until 31 October 2026 (inclusive): anyone who completes both steps by the end of that day still receives the reward; after that, no new Picks are awarded.
Reviews. Visitors can write a review about a profile: a score of 1 to 5 stars with a text. We check the writer's e-mail address with a confirmation e-mail, but not whether a booking took place. As soon as a profile has reviews, we show on that profile the average of all published reviews, the number of reviews and the newest reviews, and the score appears next to the price in lists and search results. Reviews do not influence the order of profiles. A review is the writer's opinion: the provider cannot edit or delete it. A provider does not review their own profile and does not buy, swap or reward reviews. The writer can always delete their own review. We remove reviews that contain abuse, spam or falsehoods; a provider can report such a review to us. Visitors can also review EuroActs itself. At the bottom of every page we show the average and the number of all reviews and the latest reviews, in order of date and regardless of the score.
On stage today. The homepage in every language and the discover page carry a block of profiles. Members who pay for or try a package appear in it every day, in every language in which their profile has a page and in an order that changes daily; EuroActs Picks and featured profiles are included as well. We fill the remaining places every day with the profiles that have completed their page the most; that selection changes daily. The page states why the profiles shown are there. On the discover page, profiles with a paid package or trial period are listed before the other profiles.
Payment never decides whether a profile is shown at all, only the order. We do not sell individual positions, advertising slots or places in the search results, and we never charge commission on a booking. Bookers pay nothing. If we change these rules we will update this article and inform registered users by e-mail.
5. Bookings
Price, availability, cancellation and any other arrangements are agreed directly between provider and booker. EuroActs.com is not liable for the performance, quality or cancellation of bookings.
6. Pre-created profiles
Some profiles have been created from publicly available business details, with an original description. Are you the rightful owner? Then you can claim, edit or remove the profile free of charge via the “Claim your page” button or via contact@euroacts.com. We process removal requests within 5 working days.
7. Permitted use
You may not post misleading information, infringe the rights of third parties, or use the platform for spam or automated data collection. We may edit or remove profiles that breach these rules.
8. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the damage.
9. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the photos, videos and texts you post yourself. By posting them, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display them on your profile page and on overview pages within this platform. You declare that you hold the necessary rights to the material you upload. The design, structure and texts generated by us on EuroActs.com remain our property.
10. Termination
You can have your profile removed free of charge at any time via the button on your own page or via contact@euroacts.com. We may remove a profile that breaches these terms or the law; if we remove a profile for any other reason, we will inform you by email beforehand.
11. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. We will inform registered users of substantive changes by email. The current version is always available on this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law in Belgium.
13. Reports and content moderation
Anyone can report content on EuroActs.com through the Report link at the bottom of every profile or through our Online safety page, even without an account. A member of our team reviews every report; a decision to hide or remove content is always taken by a person. What is not allowed, which measures we take and how to object is set out in our Community guidelines. Reports about copyright are handled under our Copyright policy.
If we restrict your content or your account, we tell you by email, with the reason and how to object. You can object within six months; you can also always go to the competent court.
