The terms under which you use EuroActs.com.

1. About EuroActs.com
EuroActs.com is an online platform that connects artists, venues and agencies (“providers”) with private individuals and businesses (“bookers”) in the Netherlands and Belgium. EuroActs.com is not a party to the agreement between provider and booker and charges no commission on bookings.
2. Account & registration
Signing up is free. You warrant that the details on your profile are accurate, up to date and your own, and that you are entitled to offer the entertainment or venue listed. You are responsible for the content of your profile, including photos and videos, and you guarantee that you hold the necessary rights.
3. Premium
The free plan is and remains free of charge, with no end date. Anyone who signs up before 31 December 2026 with the International plan keeps that plan free forever — that promise holds for as long as the profile exists. The National plan is a paid subscription; the price is shown on the pricing page. For sign-ups after that date a fee may also apply to International; those users are informed in advance. We never charge commission on bookings.
4. Bookings
Price, availability, cancellation and any other arrangements are agreed directly between provider and booker. EuroActs.com is not liable for the performance, quality or cancellation of bookings.
5. Pre-created profiles
Some profiles have been created from publicly available business details, with an original description. Are you the rightful owner? Then you can claim, edit or remove the profile free of charge via the “Claim your page” button or via contact@euroacts.com. We process removal requests within 5 working days.
6. Permitted use
You may not post misleading information, infringe the rights of third parties, or use the platform for spam or automated data collection. We may edit or remove profiles that breach these rules.
7. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the damage.
8. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the photos, videos and texts you post yourself. By posting them, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display them on your profile page and on overview pages within this platform. You declare that you hold the necessary rights to the material you upload. The design, structure and texts generated by us on EuroActs.com remain our property.
9. Termination
You can have your profile removed free of charge at any time via the button on your own page or via contact@euroacts.com. We may remove a profile that breaches these terms or the law; if we remove a profile for any other reason, we will inform you by email beforehand.
10. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. We will inform registered users of substantive changes by email. The current version is always available on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law in Belgium.
