Copyright policy
How to report an infringement of your copyright, how the person who posted it can respond and what we do about repeat infringement.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Our starting point
Anyone who posts photos, videos, music or texts on EuroActs.com declares that they hold the rights to them (article 9 of our Terms and conditions). If something of yours appears without your permission, please let us know.
Reporting an infringement
Use the report form on our Online safety page with the reason “Copyright”, or email contact@euroacts.com. Please include:
- which work it is: a description, or a link to the original;
- the exact address (URL) on EuroActs.com where it appears;
- evidence that you are the rights holder or act on the rights holder's behalf;
- your name and email address;
- the statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law, and that the information in your report is accurate.
What we do with your report
You immediately receive an acknowledgement. A member of our team assesses your report, usually within five working days. If the report is complete and credible, we hide or remove the work. We send the person who posted it a copy of your report, with your name but without your email address and phone number, so they can respond.
Counter-notice
Was your content removed and do you think that was wrong, for example because it is your own work or you hold a licence? Email contact@euroacts.com within fourteen days with: which content it is, why you hold the rights, your name and email address, and the statement that you are making this counter-notice in good faith. We forward your counter-notice to the reporter. If they do not tell us within ten working days that legal action will follow, we may restore the content.
Repeat infringement
Anyone who repeatedly infringes the copyright of others is removed from the platform.
Incorrect reports
Submitting a report you know to be untrue may be unlawful towards the person who posted the content. We may set aside reports that are manifestly unfounded.
