You create your own profile, you decide what goes on it, and bookers contact you directly. Here is exactly how it works.
What it costs, and why there is no commission
What is EuroActs?
EuroActs is Europe's booking network for artists, DJs, venues and entertainment services. Artists and venues create their own profile, shown in 30 languages; bookers in 40 countries find them and contact them directly, with no commission or booking fees. EuroActs is operated by Nuno Art, a sole proprietorship in Zeist, the Netherlands.
What does a profile on EuroActs cost?
Your free profile has regional visibility, up to 3 photos and 1 video. Your own EuroActs website is not included. €0, with no time limit. No payment details and no automatic switch to a paid subscription. National: €4.99/month · €54.89/year (excluding VAT). International: €9.99/month · €109.89/year (excluding VAT). Applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout. For National or International, choose monthly or yearly billing. The first subscription payment is charged immediately when you confirm in Stripe. Your chosen amount is then charged automatically each billing period. Your own website is included with International. 0% commission on bookings. You agree your own price with the booker.
Do I pay commission on my bookings?
No, never. A booker contacts you directly and you agree your own price. Not a cent of your booking goes to us.
How does a paid subscription work?
For National or International, choose monthly or yearly billing. The first subscription payment is charged immediately when you confirm in Stripe. Your chosen amount is then charged automatically each billing period.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free gives you regional visibility, up to 3 photos including your profile photo, and 1 video. You keep your calendar, live chat and direct contact. A EuroActs website is not included. No payment details are needed and you are not automatically switched to a paid subscription.
Signing up and confirming
How do I sign up?
Free: Complete your profile and choose the reach that suits you. €0, with no time limit. No payment details and no automatic switch to a paid subscription. National / International: Click Sign up and walk through the short wizard: your name and type of act, your category and city, your contact details, a description and your photos. Your paid profile is published after email verification and successful payment in Stripe. For National or International, choose monthly or yearly billing. The first subscription payment is charged immediately when you confirm in Stripe. Your chosen amount is then charged automatically each billing period.
I've signed up — what happens now?

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder first; the email comes from euroacts.com. Still nothing? Send us a message via the contact page with the email address you signed up with and we'll sort it out right away.
Your profile and your visibility
Which languages and countries will I appear in?
Your public profile is available in 30 languages. Your plan determines where you appear in profile listings. Free: Visible in your city and region. National: Your region + your whole country. International: International discovery in 30 languages across Europe.
What can I put on my profile?
Your free profile has regional visibility, up to 3 photos and 1 video. Your own EuroActs website is not included. National / International: Your name, category and coverage area, a description, an album of up to 12 photos, a video, your phone number, your email address and a link to your own website. That link is a real do-follow link, so it counts towards your own findability.
Can I change my profile later?
Yes, whenever you like. You edit everything yourself in your dashboard — log in with your email address and the password you chose when signing up, or request a login link. Your change carries over into every language you appear in.
Our tools on your own website
What can I add to my own website?
A Book via EuroActs badge, a booking or contact form, a WhatsApp button and an availability calendar that shows visitors when you are free. No website yet? Then build a complete, hosted one in your dashboard.
How do I add one to my website?
Your dashboard has one line of code ready for each tool. Copy it and paste it where you want the tool to appear. For WordPress there is a free plug-in: install it, enter your slug, done. No coding knowledge needed.
Won't that slow my website down?
No. The tools are tiny and only load once your own page is ready. If a visitor has JavaScript switched off, the badge simply stays a clean, working link.
For bookers and organisers

What does booking here cost me?
Nothing. Searching, comparing and getting in touch is completely free, even without an account.
Do I pay commission or booking fees?
No. We charge 0% commission, on both sides. The price you agree with the artist or the venue is the price you pay.
How do I get in touch with an artist or venue?
Directly. The profile shows the artist's own phone number, email address and contact form. We don't sit in between and we don't hold on to your request.
Finding and being sure
How do I quickly find the right act?
Search by category, city or name via Explore, or start on a city page such as book a DJ in London. Not sure yet? Fill in the quote form on the homepage: suitable artists reply themselves, with no obligation.
Can I search in my own language?
Yes. The network runs in 30 languages and covers 40 countries. Pick your language at the bottom of the page; profiles available in your language are shown to you in that language.
Are the profiles real?
Yes. Every profile was created by the artist or the venue themselves and confirmed by email. We don't invent profiles and we don't show made-up ratings: as long as there are no real reviews, there are no stars either.
