For artists and venues
You create your own profile, you decide what goes on it, and bookers contact you directly. Here is exactly how it works.
Free, and commission-free
What does a profile on EuroActs cost?
Creating a profile is free, and the free plan stays free for good. Sign up before 31 December 2026 and the International plan stays free forever too — after that date as well. National costs €4.99 a month or €54.89 a year.
Do I pay commission on my bookings?
No, never. A booker contacts you directly and you agree your own price. Not a cent of your booking goes to us.
What happens after 31 December 2026?
Everyone who signs up with International before that date keeps that plan free forever. Sign up later and International costs €9.99 a month or €109.89 a year. National already costs €4.99 a month or €54.89 a year. A free profile stays free, and it stays 0% commission.
Signing up and confirming
How do I sign up?
Click Sign up free and walk through the short wizard: your name and type of act, your category and city, your contact details, a description and your photos. It takes a few minutes, and you don't need any payment details.
I've signed up — what happens now?
You immediately receive an email with a confirmation link. Click it and your profile goes live at its own address on euroacts.com. After that you get an email with the link to your profile, the code for the badge on your own site and a button to your dashboard.
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder first; the email comes from euroacts.com. Still nothing? Send us a message via the contact page with the email address you signed up with and we'll sort it out right away.
Your profile and your visibility
Which languages and countries will I appear in?
With the International plan your profile appears in all 13 languages of the network and you are visible in 17 countries. With National you appear in the language and the country of your own audience. You don't have to translate anything yourself.
What can I put on my profile?
Your name, category and coverage area, a description, an album of up to 15 photos, a video, your phone number, your email address and a link to your own website. That link is a real do-follow link, so it counts towards your own findability.
Can I change my profile later?
Yes, whenever you like. You edit everything yourself in your dashboard — log in with your email address and the password you chose when signing up, or request a login link. Your change carries over into every language you appear in.
Our tools on your own website
What can I add to my own website?
A Book via EuroActs badge, a booking or contact form, a WhatsApp button and an availability calendar that shows visitors when you are free. No website yet? Then build a complete, hosted one in your dashboard.
How do I add one to my website?
Your dashboard has one line of code ready for each tool. Copy it and paste it where you want the tool to appear. For WordPress there is a free plug-in: install it, enter your slug, done. No coding knowledge needed.
Won't that slow my website down?
No. The tools are tiny and only load once your own page is ready. If a visitor has JavaScript switched off, the badge simply stays a clean, working link.
For bookers and organisers

Book directly, without commission
What does booking here cost me?
Nothing. Searching, comparing and getting in touch is completely free, even without an account.
Do I pay commission or booking fees?
No. We charge 0% commission, on both sides. The price you agree with the artist or the venue is the price you pay.
How do I get in touch with an artist or venue?
Directly. The profile shows the artist's own phone number, email address and contact form. We don't sit in between and we don't hold on to your request.
Finding and being sure
How do I quickly find the right act?
Search by category, city or name via Explore, or start on a city page such as book a DJ in London. Not sure yet? Fill in the quote form on the homepage: suitable artists reply themselves, with no obligation.
Can I search in my own language?
Yes. The network runs in 13 languages and covers 17 countries. Pick your language at the bottom of the page; profiles available in your language are shown to you in that language.
Are the profiles real?
Yes. Every profile was created by the artist or the venue themselves and confirmed by email. We don't invent profiles and we don't show made-up ratings: as long as there are no real reviews, there are no stars either.
