Night and Dave

Under the name 'Night and Dave', songwriting duo Bert van Damme and David Bauwens blend infectious grooves, jazzy vibes and funky rhythms into something that sounds catchy and delightfully unpredictable at the same time — audiences regularly draw comparisons with Vulfpeck, Jamiroquai and Anderson.Paak. On stage they are flanked by local jazz legend Daan Demeyer on keys and Pieter Van den Brande, who strings together the groovy bass lines on a self-made instrument.

In January 2026 the band played small clubs on a UK tour to wildly enthusiastic rooms and were asked back everywhere — confirmation that their live energy effortlessly transcends language and national borders.

On Spotify their first single 'Lo And Behold' has now clocked up more than 14,000 streams, and the band is looking forward to recording a new EP in September 2026. The roll-out of these recordings is planned from February through to June 2027, with the release of the full EP on vinyl in July.

With strong hooks, theatrical flair and a sense of timing that balances perfectly between tight and unhinged, they deliver a live show hovering between musical craftsmanship and controlled chaos. Expect singalong choruses, unexpected twists and a frontman who does not shy away from the absurd — part crooner, part unhinged urban prophet.

Night and Dave do not serve up a well-behaved set, but an experience full of character, playfulness and quirky details that keep resonating for days.

Whether it is a private party, a club concert or an energetic festival stage, Night and Dave always strike the right chord. Curious about the possibilities for your own event? Feel free to get in touch directly and request a booking without obligation via EuroActs.com.
