Immediate danger? Call 112
If someone's life or safety is in immediate danger, call 112 or the police first. Then report it to us as well.
How to report something
Use the Report link at the bottom of every profile: the page address is then filled in for you. You can also use the form at the bottom of this page, or email contact@euroacts.com. You do not need an account.
What a report must contain
- the exact address (URL) of the page;
- why you believe the content is illegal or breaks our Community guidelines, and where on the page it is;
- your name and email address (if it concerns child sexual abuse, you may report anonymously);
- the statement that you are reporting in good faith and that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
The more complete your report, the faster we can decide. If it concerns your copyright, please also read our Copyright policy.
What happens next
- You immediately receive an acknowledgement by email, with your report number.
- A member of our team reviews your report. We decide within five working days; a report about a danger to someone's safety gets priority.
- You receive our decision by email, with the reason.
- If we hide or remove something, we tell the person who posted it, with the reason and how they can object. We do not pass on your name and email address, except for a copyright report (see our Copyright policy).
Objecting
Do you disagree with our decision, as the reporter or as the person who posted the content? Our Community guidelines explain how to object within six months.
Misuse of the report form
Anyone who frequently submits reports that are manifestly unfounded receives a warning first. If it continues, we block that person's reports for a reasonable period.
Report content
Fill in the form. A person reviews every report.
